Toy Book Launch Special 2015: Thank you for 50K Views!

Before we begin, I just want to say THANK YOU for the 50,000 views and the huge support to my blog.

If you don't know by now, today is the official launch of the latest Foldabots Toy Book series. I myself, didn't attend there unfortunately. But instead, I luckily got myself a copy of TB8 at my area even though I never attended. Well, aside from such, December's KZ issue (which I also picked up) is the remaining parts of Toxicus. Which means this ends up at a par with Bakunawa Dragon by having only 3 members: Butas, Hataw, and Pollutor (or Pollunator if you prefer).

Designs of the Toxicons were made by the following:
Butas by Dan C. Dupaya
Hataw by Louise Christian Lacatan
Pollunator by Micheal Angelo Patagani
and the gestalt Toxicus by Vince Vios

Like Zootron and Trosonator, this also has some stuff included like additional culverts forming legs, other gestalt parts such as hands and head, and additional objects such as road blocks and a hole. Yes, a hole, probably to replicate the toxic hole the three discovered.

The combined gestalt reminds me of Kamen Rider Agito's Trinity Form where Agito uses his three primary forms into one kinda like Den-O's Climax Form and Kiva's DoGaBaKi Form. This is also a first to use the same Scramble System, used in Minis which I've mentioned before.

I myself haven't opened the Toy Book yet, but I'll open it this Friday, on my birthday, where I'll check out the contents of the book, since most of them are already mentioned. Aside from this, Toy Book 8 no longer had the double cover gimmick from 5 to 7, and back to the same way as the first four books. Maybe after Toy Books 9 and 10, will go back to having double covers again.

And surprisingly by the start of 2016, a brand new set of Foldabots will usher in the new year and the upcoming 10th Anniversary of toy line in May. But as for me, I might be making new designs soon and probably upload them on DeviantArt as well. Not to mention new non-Foldabots toy reviews will be popping out too. And until then, to all you who got Toy Book 8 or not, this has been The Foldabots Blog, and we'll be seeing you this Friday for the TB8 Review.
